Public transport, tram number 22, is located right opposite the hotel. Public transport ticket can be purchased at the reception.

The hotel offers a limited number of parking places in the hotel garage. Reservation and confirmation is required, additional fees per night apply.

Please note: electric, hybrid, LPG and CNG vehicles are not allowed to park in the hotel garage.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.

WHEELCHAIR USERS: The hotel offers only one room suitable for wheelchair users, which is of Deluxe category. Other rooms do not have sufficiently wide doors. The room for wheelchair users must be requested in advance. If the hotel does not receive this request in advance and confirm the special room availability, the hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation in any other room despite a valid reservation.

PARKING: The hotel has limited number of parking spaces. An advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary.
